Uma ótima experiência , muito bom atendimento dos recepcionistas e manobristas foi ótimo, apenas eu não me adaptei muito com a cama pois é mais dura que a minha, mas tudo certo.

Maravilhosa. Hotel confortável, limpo. Funcionários atenciosos. Excelente cafe da manhã. Só achei a piscina termica pequena, mas com toalhas, cadeiras a disposição. Bar com atendimento na piscina. Adorei a estadia e voltaria mais vezes.

Atendimento extremamente profissional, a comida, tanto do café da manhã, tanto quanto do restaurante é fora de série! Muito bom! Os quartos são bem arrumados, lençóis e travesseiros limpos e tudo muito aconchegante. Valeu muito a pena conhecer o Siena. Super recomendo!

O Hotel é muito bom, camas grandes, macias, chuveiro maravilhoso, o café da manhã com muitas opções e pra quem tem criança, se chove em Gramado, tem a opção da piscina coberta, cinema e o espaço kids, então sempre tem o que fazer. Adoramos a experiencia, certamente voltaremos.
