O hotel é sensacional, o café da manhã é um show a parte, os funcionários são super atenciosos, não medem esforços pra agradar, atender e superar as demandas dos hóspedes. Os quartos são excelentes, super limpos e confortáveis. Ir ao Casa da Montanha é uma experiência única, daquelas que todos deveriam ter. É nosso hotel favorito, sem sombras de dúvidas. Atendimento excelente, único e personalizado. Todo o staff do hotel é muito bem preparado, muito simpáticos e agradáveis. Nada nos faltou durante a estadia. Realmente tornaram nossa experiência o mais agradável que poderia ser. O bistrô do Hotel tem ótima opções e muito deliciosas.

O hotel é incrível, principalmente para as crianças. Tem um carrossel na frente que as crianças podem ir quantas vezes quiserem. A brinquedoteca é um sonho de tão perfeita. O café da manhã do hotel é espetacular e o atendimento da equipe excelente. So achei uma coisinha ruim que foi dormir no sofa cama, pois reservei suite para 4 pessoas e eu dormi no sofa cama com minha filha. Achei um pouco desconfortável, mas eu voltaria com certeza e irei voltar.

A atenção e cordialidade de todos os funcionários é acima da média. Os mimos desde o brinde no check in, os amenities, chocolates diários no quarto e kit viagem do checkout também fez toda diferença. O café da manhã foi um dos melhores que já vi em hotel. Parabéns a todos!
