Excelente atendimento, excelente localização. Ambiente limpo, acolhedor, café da manhã muito gostoso. Quarto exatamente conforme fotos.

Hotel antigo necessita atualização, quarto razoável, black-out nas janelas do quarto não cobre a janela, cobertores com aspecto velho, banheiro antigo, necessitando de reforma, porém o banho é bom. Cafe da manhã bem simples. No check-in houve uma cobrança de 10% de taxa de serviço que não foi informado no momento da reserva, pois ao concluir a reserva havia a informação de que seria necessário pagamento de taxa de turismo de 3,00 na propriedade e não mais 10%. O hotel alegou que o site de reserva era responsável por esta falta de informações. Também, como cliente silver, teria direito a uma garrafa de bebida(espumante ou vinho) o hotel informou que não tinha conhecimento disso, pois não trabalhavam desta forma, ou seja, na reserva há uma informação e na propriedade outra. Não é um hotel que recomendo, não é aconchegante.

Quarto aconchegante, ambiente familiar, opções de atividades para os adultos e as criança. Funcionários muito atenciosos, tanto na recepção, quanto no restaurante e na manutenção. A localização mais retirada da cidade torna fácil o acesso. Café da manhã é delicioso e variado.

Funcionários atenciosos, roupas de cama bem lavada, super cheirosa, quarto quentinho, mas as camas e travesseiros precisam ser trocados urgentes, muito ruim mesmo, colchão com buracos, quarto pequeno para uma família de 4 pessoas, não tinha como andar. Sugestão: colocar prendedor de roupa nas paredes para ganhar espaço, mais cabides. Localização embora fora de Gramado, muito prática.

Na medida certa…o quarto nem precisamos ligar o ar condicionado, pois estava sempre cheiroso e numa temperatura agradável. Café da manhã dentro do esperado e muito bem servido, sem contar a simpatia dás funcionárias. Recepção com funcionários educados e prestativos, destaque para o Robson que foi super atencioso no nosso Check-in e Check-out.
