O Ambiente do hotel é maravilhoso e aconchegante. Os funcionários foram educados e prestativos conosco em todos os meses momentos. Café da manhã e café da tarde valem todas as calorias. Vimos o pôr do sol na sacada tomando um belo espumante gaúcho. O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa para o famoso Lago *****. Retornaremos em breve!

Atendimento excelente!! Quartos e toda estrutura maravilhosa, a vista do deck para o logo ***** é top demais. Fomos recebido com duas taças de espumante logo de chegada, o café da manhã e excelente. Um dos melhores hotéis de gramado. Voltaremos com certeza!!
