Desde a recepção, as moças da cozinha, a limpeza, o que cuida da jardinagem, são todos muito atenciosos, educados e muitos prestativos, foi o melhor hotel que fiquei até hoje, nota 1000, e já penso em voltar mais vezes. Ah logo cedo com um café maravilhoso com muitas variedades de bolos, doces, variedades de pães, geleias, um café delicioso e quentinho, nota 1000 tbm!

Hotel muito bem localizado (perto do centro), com bom café da manhã de opções variadas e infraestrutura justa para o preço ofertado. Passei uma semana em Gramado com minha esposa e valeu a pena ter escolhido o Hotel Kehl Haus. Recomendo a todos

O café da manhã era impecável e as funcionárias sempre muito solícitas! Aliás, todos os funcionários nota 10! Em relação ao quarto que usamos, muito completo, a cama era macia e espaçosa, tudo em perfeito estado! As toalhas eram trocadas todos os dias mesmo eu não pedindo. Tudo excelente!

Hotel bem aconchegante, quartos excelentes e café da manhã com muitas opções. Também, atendeu todas nossas necessidades com nosso bebê, com berço e banheira. O espaço Kids poderia ser um pouco mais limpo, muitas teias de aranhas e bichos.
