Bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel Maria wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass mein vorab bezahltes Zimmer nicht frei ist, da Gäste nicht abgereist wären. Als Ersatz wurde mir ein Hotel in ca. 10 km Entfernung angeboten. Nach der Ankunft in diesem sehr einfachen Hotel, schrieb ich eine Mail an das Hotel Marie, mit der Aufforderung mir eine Bestätigung der Rückabwicklung meines bereits bezahlten Betrags zu übermitteln. Am selben Abend wurde ich von der Besitzerin des Hotels Maria angerufen und mir wurde mit großer Aggression mitgeteilt, dass ich keine schriftliche Bestätigung erhalten werde und ich bei *********** als „nicht erschienen“ gemeldet werde. Der Versuch eines sachlichen Gesprächs meinerseits scheiterte an der wütenden Reaktion der Hotelbesitzerin. Der Fehler, auf den so aggressiv reagiert wurde, lag nicht bei mir, sondern beim Hotel Maria. Das Verhalten dieses Hotels ist absolut befremdlich und ich rate ausdrücklich von diesem Hotel ab, da man hier mit Überbuchung und/oder Aggression rechnen muss.

No AIR condition and no fridge in Roma. Overall very nice for the price. Only minutes from Vienna or AirPort. Breakfast was excellent.

We just staid for one night as we needed to fly out of Vienna the next morning. However, we would really have liked to stay there an extra couple of days as it’s a really lovely place 👌 Nothing negative about at all. Great room, nice furniture and a**osphere, great staff etc. Wonderful place!

Not superb, that’s for sure, very basic, not very clean, no air conditioning which you definitely need in the summer. Staff was helpful

The staff is very nice and understanding - they had a really bad time with me booking on a wrong date. Nice and clean room with big bathroom. Easy to find in a nice village on a river with a cristal clear water.

The hotel was clean and basic with a self check in. It is in a residential area and it was a long weekend so difficult to get food.

Hotel Maria was one of the loveliest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and kind, the building spotlessly clean, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet, and the bed, pillows and bedding were SO COMFORTABLE. They have a wonderful lounge area where we relaxed every evening. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Maria so much we were sad to leave!
