Service is excellent. There are swimming pool at the roof and sauna. Bar is amazing, especially amazing cheap prizes.

Hôtel propre, personnel très aimable, Carlos à l'accueil et les filles au petit déjeuner très cordiales.
Je recommande.
Petit point à améliorer : le confort des lits, un peu vieillissantes.

Acabamos de volver del El Hotel Astoria 3 estrellas fecha del 11/5/24 al 18/5/24 habitación 407 ( habitación grande ) , céntricos de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ,a unos 150 metros d la playa de las Canteras Se encuentra en zona comercial de la ciudad. El hotel cuenta con piscina en la última planta con excelentes vistas, además de un gimnasio equipado , sauna .Su comedor dispone de una comida muy sabrosa y saludable. Además de una privilegiada localización, para moverte con transporte publico, para cualquier zona de la isla. Estamos muy agradecidos por el sorprendente buen servicio recibido , por todo el personal, desde las camareras de planta y las maravillosas camareras ANA, NAIARA del comedor etc. etc., AL subdirector ALAJANDRO por el buen hacer y tolerancia, a SERGIO , por su buen hacer y consejos para ir a los sitios tan buenos a CARLOS , a todos ellos, y a todos los que no recordamos sus nombres, que nos disculpen , muchas gracias por hacernos la estancia tan cómoda y agradable

Overall hotel very good and in good location. Bar prices very reasonable. Only disappoin**ent at the bar was being told I could not be given a straw for my wife’s vodka & Coke, Eric the barman confined only cocktails got straws, I have never heard something so ridiculous. Breakfast usual eggs, sausages etc Room was pretty good size and air con worked fine.

Staff were great. First night shower flooded and no water for tap in bathroom. Had maintenance look at it and although show was still slow draining it was manageable. The room itself was quite dreary. My window looked onto a wall so natural light was really poor, space was pretty confined but I think I could have coped better with this if I could see the sky, it felt really claustrophobic.

Excellent. Two blocks from the beach, one block from a supermarket and close to the guagua (bus) station. The lift goes both down to the restaurant and up to the fantastic rooftop bar and pool area. The bar is cheap and the bar staff are really charming. The rooftop area is spacious, light and has wicker furniture and lovely plants. Our room was quiet with no noise from the street. Full English breakfast available every day and a good choice of food every night. Don't miss the island wide coach trip the hotel offers. A perfect location and hotel for a winter getaway.
