Eerste nacht een minder mooie kamer gekregen. Volgende dag is dit keurig opgelost en kregen we een prachtige kamer. Officieel moesten we hier voor bij betalen omdat het mijn verjaardag was kregen we hem gratis. Mooi en schoon zwembad met voldoende stoelen. Zeker aan te bevelen.

Just spent a week there with no bathroom light, working sink in bathroom, reported to reception 3 times, maintenance came up and went away came back never saw him again, geared up more for the Germans, it's just a very tired uncared for block of flats

I booked an apartment which was on the first floor and it initially seemed ok. It is was clean, tidy and was well equipped. However, an apartment was being refurbished just two doors along and there was very loud banging and drilling, starting at 9am, which did not lend itself to a relaxing holiday. I also experienced noise from the apartment next door with the television, music and loud voices. If booking this, be aware that this is a mix of residential and holiday makers, and has quite a different vibe to a traditional holiday apartment. The Spanish people and staff are very loud and have little consideration for others and the reception staff have a limited empathy or understanding of English. I left the apartment number 111 two days early and was given no refund from the individual I booked this through, having paid him with cash in hand on arrival. I will book a package deal next time. Enough said.

Très bien le personnel est accueillant et aimable ! Je recommande cette appartement, avec douche , balcon , toilette, cuisine équipée, Tv , canapé, 2 lits . Belle Piscine , plusieurs centres commerciaux à proximité , proche de la plage . Parking gratuit dans la rue .

Bardzo wszystkim polecam apartament Las Arenas. Bardzo długo szukałam odpowiedniego apartamentu dla dwojga, aż w końcu trafiłam na ten położony blisko plaży apartament. Odległość do plaży to dosłownie 2 minuty spacerkiem poczym można zjechać windą bądź zejść schodami z ulicy. Miejsca parkingowe są dostępne wkoło apartamentowca ale bywa bardzo trudno o wolne miejsce. W czasie kiedy my byliśmy tam nie obowiązywały na ulicach żadne opłaty parkingowe nawet na niebieskich liniach (ponoć pozostało tak po covidzie i nie wiem czy to się już nie zmieniło... Najlepiej zapytać obsługę np. apartamentu przy rejestracji). Nasze studio znajdowało się na 6 piętrze z balkonem i widokiem na basen i morze. Było to skromne studio ale niczego nam nie brakowało, większość czasu i tak spędzaliśmy poza. Było czysto, pościel i ręczniki zmieniana co dwa dni. Kuchnia również wyposażona w niezbędny sprzęt. Za tę cenę się bardzo opłacało, łóżka wygodne, telewizor z dużą ilością kanałów. Wynajmowaliśmy opcje bez jezdzenja, przez stronę agoda.com. Przy plaży jest bardzo dużo restauracji, barow i sklepików żeby zakupić pamiątki czynne do późnych godzin.

Apartamento sencillo pero con todo lo necesario y buenas vistas. Personal amable. Limpieza correcta, Ubicado cerquísima de la playa y a diez minutos a pie de Yumbo. Relación calidad-precio muy buena. Yo repetiré (y ya van varias veces).

Hemos estado del 10 al 16 de diciembre y hemos vuelto encantados. Perfecta ubicación, preciosas vistas (planta 8) y buen servicio de recepción. cercanía a la playa, centros comerciales, restaurantes y paseo marítimo.

Me ha gustado mucho, calidad y servicio. Tranquilo, limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto. Un personal amable, una piscina enorme tuna comida excelente. Recomiendo su visita, de corazón les va a gustar.

Apesar de alguns contratempos " como chegar antes das 14h e a receção só abrir às 16h e a internet não funcionar" . Quanto ao resto foi positivo, boa localização mas andar por vezes um pouco para estacionar na zona do hotel, mas por vezes e bom caminhar um pouco😊
