Fantastic hotel great food and drink cleaned to a high standard. Only fault people vaping in the bar area. No security to police the area in fact no security to be seen at all at the hotel. The entertainment is usual hotel fodder although the audience enjoyed it.

The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A perfect place to stay for a last min holiday! Great value for money and will 100% recommend to anyone. The food is much more than what I’m used to at an all inclusive. King prawns, muscles, squid, chocolate fountain and a 99 ice cream machine. (The food varies every night)

Hotel is modern and well maintained about 10 minutes walk from beach a few bars and restaurants near by the closest centre is the Kashbah one Large pool with lots of sunbeds but they are very close together and an adult area with a covered jacuzzi. We found meals in the main restaurant hit and miss quite a lot of choices but mediocre quality the snack bar was ok. The AI drinks were ok self pour beer Tropical and reasonable wine coffee etc. cleaning was fine WiFi dropped out a few times in adult area. Safe was included beach towels are 5 euro for week plus 20 euro deposit did not do any of the show’s or animation activities staff friendly would have rated four stars if food slightly better

Het hotel is gedateerd en erg gehorig. Zo werkt de airco slecht, is de wifi matig en gaan de schuifdeur van zowel het balkon als de kledingkast niet goed open. Op de gewone kamers ontbreken een koelkast, waterkoker etc. Hier werd wel mee geadverteerd. De kamer was redelijk schoon maar omdat het gedateerd is, zie je bijvoorbeeld wel schimmelvorming op de voegen tussen de tegels. Het entertainment was goed. Elke avond is er wel een show met veel muziek. Vaak duren deze shows ongeveer 2 uur. De kamers zijn gehorig. Als je moeilijk slaapt of kinderen hebt, vraag dan om een plek aan de straatzijde. Het uitzicht is dan wel meteen een stuk minder. Het personeel vond ik soms wat onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel. Wij waren met een groep van 9 maar de reservering was niet goed verwerkt. We hebben een uur bij de receptie gestaan, geen excuses of iets dergelijks. Ondertussen zochten zij naar beschikbare kamers. In het restaurant was het ook niet gastvrij. Mensen naast ons vroegen om een lepel (die van hen was vies) en die mochten ze zelf gaan halen aan de andere kant van het restaurant. Bij ons werden geregeld borden weggehaald terwijl we nog niet klaar waren. Adriana is ons het meest bijgebleven omdat zij vaak hoest terwijl ze naast onze tafel stond, zonder haar hand voor de mond. Het werd niet gewaardeerd toen er (goed bedoeld) wat van werd gezegd. Het personeel bij het entertainment was wel erg leuk en de schoonmaaksters waren ook erg vriendelijk. Het restaurant en het eten is prima. Afwisselend genoeg en het smaakt goed. Ook is er altijd meer dan genoeg. Overdag kun je snacks eten en cola etc. uit een apparaat halen. Het zwembad is prima. Er zijn er twee, 1 kinderzwembaden 1 groot zwembad. Beide schoon (op het oog) en genoeg bedden. Er is geen toezicht. De gym is klein maar goed geventileerd en schoonmaakmiddelen zijn aanwezig, voor na gebruik. Ik vul de review later aan…

Don’t waste your money on all inclusive, food is tasteless and terrible!! Hotel is a outdated and noisy. Service is ok, but that’s all. People book the sunbeds everyday, even if the hotel claims that they will collect the towels two hours after the sunbed’s not been taken.

Hotel itself is 3/4 star. Food was lovely lots of choice. Snack bar is fab, drinks are basic if on normal all inclusive. Pretty much 5 drinks to choose from but nether the less. My only real issue was the rooms. I traveled with myself and 3 children so opted for one room. There was no option to upgrade to a bigger room as they don’t have any. The rooms barely fit 2 people in let alone 4. One of us was taking it in turns to sleep on a lilo as the sofa was so uncomfortable All the beds are also pushed together so you have no room to walk around. I did ask at reception and they couldnt do anything. If I would have read a honest room review I would have booked another hotel.

Personnel sympathique, nourriture pour un sol inclusive bonne, chambre un peu petite mais propre. Je reviendrais volontiers.
Point négatif : les gens réservent les chaises longues au bord de la piscine bien que cela soit interdit à changer.

Hello, we stayed in this hotel for few nights; I think this hotel has five different buildings with a cylindrical architecture that has a swimming pool; Jacuzzi; Bar ; Big restaurants and etc. It was very crowded and we did not feel well. The rooms were small and there was no ventilation system in the bathroom and toilet. The bed in the room was loose and there was no refrigerator in the room. We had some food that was all ruined. The bathroom light on the ground floor or at the bottom of the entrance building wasn off .and did not work, so I used the light of my mobile phone; The building is old and has been renovated, and the colors of the roof and walls are rotten in many places; This hotel did not meet our expectations, but maybe for people who want everything in one place, including a place to sleep, not luxury; The bar should be good for drinks, breakfast, dinner and lunch, and a swimming pool and jacuzzi.
I got this hotel for its spa, but I couldn't use it because it was too busy
