On arrival was greeted by a friendly lady all seemed OK asked for a safe we were charged 20 euro plus 10 euro deposit. Basic apartment with comfortable beds but very hot even with fan running. 4 days later were given instructions for our pick up for the day we were leaving asked a man on reception about staying in our room till our pick up at 3 o'clock and were told it would be fine but on our last day we went out for a walk when on our arrival back our room had been cleared and stuff dumped in room outside of the apartment we then had to sort all of our stuff to then find a pair of gold earrings had been stolen I would have returned here but this now has tarnished my stay I read about someone having money stolen but thought it may have been a mistake at my cost I now know this is to be true

A mí sinceramente la experiencia de estar 1 semana allí me gustó bastante, el buen trato por parte de recepción, toda la información que me dió, comodidad, las chicas de limpieza también muy amables, etc... Yo en mi caso si lo recomiendo al 100%

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, 3 min a la playa, un supermercado enfrente y varias zonas de ocio, sin duda lo mejor. El apartamento en sí está bien, está limpio. Falta mucho menaje para hacer comida, una sartén, una pota, un cuchillo y poco más…la cocina bastante lenta. Si no quieres cocinar y no te importa tener lujos este es tu sitio. Tiene una piscina muy limpia y buena zona para estar.

Visitó estos apartamentos ya que tengo familia que vive allí. Desde que no hay servicio de.recepcion por las noches se han convertido en la discoteca partícular de algunos, que impide el descanso del resto. Es lo que ha generado el turismo de baja calidad motivado por la bajada de precios debido a la pandemia. No recomendable.

Amplio espacio .El hombre recepcionistar hizo esperar mucho y me dijo que la gente canaria da siempre problemas ,comentario que estuvo de más .
El cambio la recepcionista mujer muy simpática .
La estadia fue normal ,sin lujos por lo que se paga esta ok .
No volvería porque no tolero comentarios discriminatorios de recepcionistas y no esperas de 25 minutos para un check in .

Best 2 star for remote workers in Gran Canaria. Best beds for 2 star I’ve stayed at. I’ve been to dozens of places! Best internet as well! So if you want a balcony , pool, wifi, near the beach with a kitchen best value you’re going to get!

El trato en recepción PÉSIMO, dan mala información y contestan de malas formas. Las camas MUY DURAS haciendo pagar por persona para su comodidad y seguridad y es imposible dormir ahí y menos en la tercera “cama” q dan q es un sillón durísimo. Habían cucarachas en la cocina teniendo que tirar la comida. Luego las normas son solo para los que alquilan ya que en las normas pone q no se permite colchonetas y habían propietarios con colchonetas. En resumen, no lo recomiendo, es PÉSIMO. Tengo fotos y vídeos de todo lo que digo. La piscina sucia de restos de plantas y bichos y alegan que es por el viento en plena alerta por calor. Y dudando de la palabra de sus clientes. Gozan de poca profesionalidad.

Spacious very clean apartment with lounge bathroom separate bedroom and separate kitchen. Balcony with pool view.Supermarket just a few meters away. Great shower. Nice pool with sun all day. Luggage storage if late departure with shower facility. Beach nearby. There is a public lift down to the beach if you don’t want to walk down the hill. The staff were all very friendly especially Adela on reception who was very helpful. Yumbo 15 mins walk. Excellent value.

Good value for money and friendly staff. Near the sea, too. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to settle down here. Swimming pool fine but a bit small. I am returning this year (2023) so that tells its own story.
