We booked and prepaid for a private room, but upon arrival, the hostel claimed they were fully booked and had no record of our reservation—despite us having a confirmation email. They kicked us out to find our own lodging and held our money until the next day. Unprofessional and completely unreliable. If they are fully booked, they shouldn't be accepting reservations.

The stay was comfortable I booked a room with AC but the AC was not working properly. The bathrooms were not cleaned the 2 days I was there the trash can was overflown with tissue paper. The price is good but they can do better as I do like the staff at hostel.

**Attention theft in the hostel** Don‘t go here! 200$ were stolen from our room. This on top that the staff was super unfriendly. We are not the first people that this has happened to. Apparently this is a thing here. They know when you are not around and enter your room. Choose any other place in town.

Hostel bien situé. Belle piscine intérieure. Happy hour généreux mais faut le demander! Très petite chambre qui a besoin d'amour: murs à rénover, meubles non fonctionnels. Rideau de douche trop long qui trempe dans l'eau (!) Air climatisé adéquat. Eau chaude. Nous voulions une couverture chaude, pas fournie. Déjeuner moyen avec jus de fruits artificiel. Employés neutres.
