I feel I overpaid for the experience . I has two rooms , the AC didn’t cool the rooms at all . The mini fridge wasn’t working and the internet is nonexistent practically. They gave me another room and that one has a non working phone so I was forced to the front desk in my pajamas to get help. I found the place depressing . Bummed !

Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel because this young lady was very rude made me feel uncomfortable staying there couldn’t wait to leave

Magnifique demeure coloniale à deux pas de la place centrale. Difficile de faire mieux situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le petit-déjeuner a lieu dans le bâtiment situé sur le trottoir d’en-face dans un patio arboré avec vue sur le clocher de la cathédrale. Personnel discret et très serviable (mais pas toujours très anglophone). TV, coffre-fort (pas scellé au mur donc assez peu utile), clim ; manque peut-être un petit frigo… Un seul bémol : quand nous y étions, le petit déjeuner n’était servi qu’à partir de 8h, ce qui, dans le cadre d’un voyage professionnel avec des rendez-vous qui commencent tôt, n’est pas très pratique.
