5 Stars for sure! We stayed here for 4 nights and were able to take short trips that were set up through the front desk. (Shout out to them...they made EVERYTHING work so smooth. Hailed taxis, got shuttles lined up to airport at 4am, again tours to volcanoes, Islets, and plenty of other excursions. The housekeepers wer also fabulous. When we needed anything extra-they brought it to our room. We used the laundry service, which again was excellent as well. They do have a restaurant which we used for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also plenty of places nearby for eating, but it was convenient to be near the lobby if you had a tour coming. The room we had was so huge. High ceilings, and it had a coffee maker, though at the lobby you can get free coffee too. We used the fridge in the room. The pool area is nice as well. I cannot believe there would be 8 nicer hotels in Granada. This hotel is in a nice area, so close to a lot of things. The Central park is a short walk. Totally satisfied!!!

This hotel is nicely updated, beautiful kept and in a great location. Close to a ton of dining and coffee options. Right up the road from the main square and beautiful churches.

This hotel is amazing . We were greeted by the front desk staff 2 hours prior to check in and thankfully they allowed us to store our luggage’s in a locked room until check in . This was so helpful as we were able to explore Granada without the extra baggage . The staff is so welcoming and truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home and at peace . The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning . Everything is so well kept . The history in the hotel is so well persevered and the hotel staff seem to be well educated on the hotels history . The rooms feel luxurious . We had 3 rooms and each one of them were equally as gorgeous. You truly cannot go wrong staying here . You are so close to town yet the hotel is not loud or does not feel busy . I will make sure to stay here every single time we visit Granada and would recommend this hotel to all of our family and friends who often visit Granada . Truly a 5 star experience .

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Really nice room. The staff are all very nice, the restaurant is excellent. If you want to feel like a diva making an entrance, walk down the grand staircase. (If you want to get in shape for hiking a volcano, walk up the grand staircase! :-) ) Will stay here again on my next trip to Granada.
