Futurotel Space Spa Garden

Logé dans une chambre à lit simple. Odeur très désagréable dans la chambre et qui a perdurée pendant les deux nuits passés dans cet hôtel et malgré un "nettoyage" immédiat après mon arrivée (problème pas relevé, en passant, dans une chambre double). Finitions déplorables (tout : peinture, fixation des prises au mur, etc). Quant au côté futuriste ... vous passez devant les toilettes pour aller vous doucher et la cuvette se met en marche; deux amis ont cherché pendant 10 minutes comment tirer la chasse d'eau; etc ! Quel plaisir de retrouver un hôtel normal les jours suivants ! Seul point positif le personnel. Globalement je déconseille momentanément.

We went to spend one night to test the concept of a “futuristic” hotel (in our case we chose the capsule) and it was the worst experience without a doubt… starting because when you enter they don't explain ANYTHING about how the capsule works. The supposed console that they promised was a Chinese controller with games typical of a Nokia from 20 years ago... the TV looked terrible, the controller didn't work well, the HBO didn't work, anyway we went to try the gaming area to see if there We could hang out and we were surprised that there were 4 games on the computer, 2 of which did not work, and the play 5 one of the controls was broken, and once again the game we wanted to play did not work (Call of Duty). The cleaning service is simply terrible, I attach photos, the cleaning girl had just finished just when I entered the bathroom and it seems that she does not know how to scrub or does not want to do it well, I left that bathroom disgusted. As if that were not enough, the bedding in the capsule is an extra thin sheet, they don't even give you a blanket or something to cover you and we spent the night freezing since they don't have heating. The mattress is very uncomfortable and there is no privacy since it is all made of bad plastic and on top of that it moves at the minimum, we had another couple upstairs and we haven't slept a wink all night because we woke up every moment due to the movement. Totally disappointed, the location is fine but we are from Granada and we know of places with a better location, cheaper and with better conditions. If your idea is to spend a different and fun night, don't go to this place because the only thing you are going to do is sleep in a plastic coffin with LED lights.

The truth is that it has exceeded my expectations by 100, the capsule is an amazing and super different experience to live, the spa is also an amazing, super well decorated and quiet, and the attention is spectacular above all two blonde girls who are very kind sisters and explain Everything was great, I would go again without a doubt.

Classic room but equipped with the technologies of the future for parents, and capsule rooms for children. Games area in the hotel with PS5 console, computer and arcade machine. We also took advantage of the scooters provided. 23 euros per capsule in the middle of the April holidays, I find that more than correct! 63 euros for a classic room (hyper technological). Hair straightener in the room, Madame was delighted 😁

They don't give you a bathrobe or slippers AS IT SHOWS IN THE APP EVERYTHING IS A LIE Dirty sheets cushions stained with... x I ask for a refund and they send me one from the last day the cheapest….. I filed a complaint and I plan to go for consumption since the bathtub had fungus (stifles). I got rashes and itching. I had to go get a medical report and I plan to take measures. They don't give you water. They don't give you paste. toothbrush NOTHING The spa only has one filter and they change the water every two weeks said by an employee of the place… it smells very bad… I will soon upload the medical report for the fungi Regards And don't go… A simple room…. They deceive you with more photos I lost a lot of money €700 almost in the trash… THERE IS NO CLEANING EVERYTHING FULL OF HAIR AND DIRT

The place is a different experience, Fernando the guy at the reception is very nice, it is something for travelers who want to experiment, it is just as they explain it on the internet, it is economical, it is very well located, my capsule was impeccable, the bathroom Also. If you come just take the double and realize that you are isolating yourself from the world, you have to be clear about what a capsule hotel is, to me it seems like a cool option to sleep, defects are all reasonable, it is an experiment that needs to be perfected, it is Highly recommended for groups of friends.

The worst experience I have ever had. The situation experienced with the staff of this hotel was most unpleasant and surreal. When we arrived to check in at this hotel in Granada, they told us that the room we had hired (the suite) was occupied and that the one they had left available was an inferior one. That there would have been a computer error and that there was no longer an option for that room. Our response was that we had paid a higher price to have that type of room and that if what they offered us was a lower one, the amount to pay had to be lower. His answer was a resounding NO. Unthinkable to think that you pay the same for a normal room as for a superior suite when the mistake was also yours. We left our suitcases there and told them that we would go see the city while they solved it. Approximately 3 hours later, they called me on my cell phone from the hotel saying that they had canceled our reservation. We called booking (the platform from which we booked the hotel) and they denied that they had canceled anything and that our reservation is still valid from booking. All this, in the middle of a festive long weekend where the occupancy of the hotels was one hundred percent. We return to the hotel and tell them that booking assures us that they have not canceled the reservation and they admit that it was them. Come on, they left us stranded after having made the reservation for more than 3 months. When we insisted that they couldn't leave us on the street and that they had to give us a solution, they ended up calling the police. Finally, booking ended up relocating us, confirming that it had been the hotel's decision entirely and that they would take action with them. Currently, we have filed a consumer complaint form and counseling. I have never felt so helpless in the face of this unjust action. This added to the fact that the treatment by the staff was disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional. We lost a lot of time and in addition to that it also meant we had to go to another hotel outside the city. Incredible that a hotel can leave you stranded on the street just for the sake of it.

ATTENTION SCAM!! They charged us for the apartment through a link before arriving and there they told us that they had received no payment, forcing us to pay it again or else they would leave us on the street despite having the payment receipt. They said they would return it to us later but they haven't. GREAT CARE!!
