The people at this hotel were so kind. It was rainy all day so my mother and I decided to buy a pizza from the Aldi next door, there was no oven, but one of the workers cooked it for us on plates and everything for free around 8pm. They also stored our luggage when we arrived prior to check-in. They also have an awesome coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby (: 10/10 recommend.

We stayed in the apartment because we are 4 and wonderful two rooms and two bathrooms kitchen appliances eating rooms we don't use since it was a night breakfast we took it included and well ,this withdrawn from the center of Granada , I forgot my beds and couchs seemed very comfortable

As other have said around 10 minutes walk from City Centre but close to all attractions. Rooms are excellent, spacious and have a nice bathroom. Tea and cofee provided and rooms kept spotless by cleaners. Did not use amenities on offer or eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on quality. Only one minor negative was around wifi - brilliant in reception but 'patchy” in room and would often lose connectivity. Overall first rate hotel and would return.

I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel and if our room. Also, the room had plenty of space for both of us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We could easily navigate the city and the Alhambra from our base, and public transport was close by and easy to use.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

The quality of several restaurants in the Nevada shopping mall and shopping mall within 1 km are not bad. Carrefour, lidl supermarket is within walking distance, free parking on the side of the road, and although there are not many types of breakfast, it is left with care. The hotel is not big and the decoration is warm. Except for the small layout of the room, which is slightly simpler, the others are full marks and very cost-effective.

For a four star hotel the restaurant was only 1 star which is why I marked it so low. We were only here for 2 nights which was long enough! We has dinner in the first night, what a mistake! There was a very poor choice of dishes, nothing was labelled so you had no idea what to choose. Staff were too slow to top up dishes. Breakfast was absolute chaos. Only 2 drinks machines with long queues at both. Poor selection of food that was not replenished quickly enough for volume of diners. Our room was acceptable but nothing special. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill with one or two shops a short walk away, but no bars and the drinks in the hotel are very expensive. The one thing close by is the Alhambra. There are also bus stops nearby along with the hop on, hop off train that goes around Granada. The hotel will order a taxi for you, around €5 down to the centre of Granada. The Alhambra is not to be missed and I'd recommend the train that goes around the city.

Reception staff borderline, dirty room, for a 4 star there is dust in every corner, the closet had broken glass, old and deteriorated furniture, the bathroom had mold in the catering area and the shower, the glasses left to rinse yourself They are dirty, the sheets are not changed even when they are dirty, when you come back and open the bed it is full of wrinkles because they don't even stretch them and they also leave the stains and hair there as is. An unbearable smell as soon as we entered and that accompanied us during the two days of our stay, both in the room and throughout the hotel in general. Breakfast is a pittance for €7 they give you a piece of bread and ale, disappointing. The parking is only for small cars and they do not warn you, nor do they give you alternatives or options to find parking, basically you have to make a living with this issue even though they offer parking on their website. Annoying noise from other customers in the wee hours of the morning in addition to the noise of the street, cars, trucks, shouts of people passing by... etc. In general, I would not repeat a disaster, they charge you a fortune for very low quality services. Disappointing

GGuest UserI am writing this review based on a message sent by the hotel through the trip.com platform (which is ok) and a ”satisfaction survey” email message sent directly to my email address despite of my explicitly expressed disagreement for receiving unsolicited marketing communication at the time of the check-in (which is not ok).
The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. There are lot of free parking spaces on the street which is very convenient. The area is calm and quiet. Rooms are clean, but the soundproofing is not as good as they pretend. Since rooms are just meters away from the reception and the entrance of the cafe, in the mornings the noise is disturbing.
I would recommend the hotel with the expectation they will take the more seriously the requests for opting out of marketing information.

We spent 3 nights in these suites & had a lovely stay. The suites are spacious, clean, great price & a fantastic city location. The bathrooms are huge & offer 2 showers! The staff are friendly & offer lots of good tips for getting around Granada. Really great team running the suites. The roof top pool is perfect for a cold dip after a long day exploring the beautiful streets of Granada. Parking is available & the reception team support accessing the lift to the carpark. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Granada & wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

IInigoI came here several times in the past five years but I was happily surprised this time. The hotel has been entirely refurbished like three weeks ago and it looks completely new. Rooms size are correct and decoration is very modern. The best the B-Heaven bar which is located at the rooftop with the pool. Its location is awesome too, in downtown but avoiding crowds. Very recommendable!

Did not expect it was such a good place to stay, given the ”hostel” name. Chose the Toc Hostel because of its convenient location and not too many ”last-moment” choices. Booked the single room with private bathroom (avoided the dormitories with shared bathrooms), and was further updgraded to family(?) room upon check-in. The accommodation was better than many mid-range hotels; clean, quiet and spacious. One drawback/point to note: the daily continental breakfasts were rather simple, and only started at 8am; rather too late if you booked early day-tours.

The hotel has a pay parking but the nearby streets are already finished the paying area and if you are lucky like us you can leave the car as long as you need without worrying about putting a ticket. The hotel is very well communicated with bus stops and metro, although we didn't need any of them.

GGuest UserYou could not find a better situated Hotel in the centre of Granada. We initially had a problem with one of the rooms a we had requested a twin bedded room through our agent but apparently this was not confirmed so they had booked us into a double. The receptionist was so helpful and after a discussion arranged for us to view the rooms still available before we agreed to taking the most suitable. The problem was overcome because all the twin bedded rooms were already booked we took a double into which they put an extra single bed although we had to pay extra. Throughout our stay all the staff were so helpful and attentive, no request was too difficult. If we ever return to Granada we would not hesitate to stay again. There were still Covid restrictions in place (June 2022) so there were no brochures or pamphlets displayed, but the receptionists were all very helpful in answering any questions about facilities in the hotel and about Granada itself - where bus stops were for different buses, cafe's restaurants etc. The breakfast in the hotel was not a buffet (Covid) restrictions) but was waiter service, the menu having a good selection - try the toast with avocado and tomato!

MMitsuki_1525It's close to the station, but there are stairs at the entrance, so carrying a suitcase was a little troublesome.
Other than that it's perfect! ”Friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast.” The all-you-can-eat prosciutto ham from the morning was very Spanish-like and I was very happy.
It was convenient that the bus left in front of the hotel.
There is no coin laundry on site, but it is within walking distance.

TTIANYUANThe breakfast is rich, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, the hotel staff is warm! We are three people, booked in Ctrip, have arranged an extra bed when arriving at the hotel, very satisfied, the room is large, the suitcase can be tiled! The hotel is very close to the high-speed exit and there is an underground car park that is very safe. We went to the city and the Alhambra for a taxi. The hotel can call the car because the road in Granada is very narrow. We are not very confident that we drive. This hotel receives tours. Consider dinner at the lobby bar or in the lobby restaurant. The service is especially good, the staff is also very good at English, and the paella is delicious!

To be honest I read the reviews after booking and before going and I was a bit suspicious about this place but I must say I was positively surprised! The location of this place is great and the hotel itself was very clean. The capsule is a very different experience! We also stayed in the suite which is definitely better but the capsule is a fun experience that you should try out! Staff was great too, especially Abdel which was always very polite and available. I recommend. It's obviously not a resort but for the price you pay it's an absolute bargain
