The hotel is located next to a shopping plaza so multiple restaurants are available there. The room is a good size and functional. You get one bottle of water per stay. What is missing are drawers, there were no drawers in my room which is strange, in my case at least one is needed. Service was good, check- and check-out was fast. There was no mustard for the hamburgers, maybe something cultural.

Made reservation for 5 rooms, they accepted it. But only gave me 4. Said thats all inreserved rven after showing them proof. Ended up giving one of our rooms to someone else. Also said he would work to get me refunded. Didnt see it through.

We booked the Courtyard by Marriott Escazu mainly because of the great location, close to some great restaurants and shopping. It ended up being the most enjoyable stay and experience and we have already booked another stay for next month. We received a beautiful welcome and glass of champagne for being Bonvoy Gold members and the service provided a warm welcome that was evident each day of our stay. The bed was soft and comfortable with great linens and the window shades were very dark and allowed us a chance to sleep in each morning. We were also really happy with the vibe at the bar in the evenings as their were always a nice crowd of people with good energy but still chill and relaxed. Overall, it was a great stay and I will be coming back soon. Pros: Location, convenient to great food and shopping. Amazing service more common to 5 star hotels. Cozy, comfortable beds and linens. The rain shower, showerhead. Cons: None

It’s fantastic here - today’s our last day of a 10-day stay. Everything’s clean, everyone’s helpful and friendly, the breakfast is great, and there’s relaxing music in the lobby. They have created the most homey atmosphere. Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Don’t miss Le Tetera in the plaza within walking distance.
