The catering Team, Vikas went out of his way to cater for a delicious Vegetarian meal, which was not on the Menu, also the rooms were well kept clean every day by Bhanu, i think that was his name. The Welcoming Team was Dharma, again all made us very welcome

Chambre supérieure vue mer : Tranquilité de la chambre, vue directe sur la baie, terrasse agréable. Buffets du soir assez varié. Piscine non chauffée et froide. Chambre vieillissante, moisissures sur quelques joints de la salle de bains, nombreuses moisissures sur le bas des murs des toilettes, poubelles des toilettes très sale.

Nous avons séjourné au sein de l'hôtel au mois de mai 2024. Comme toujours, nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'équipe. Nous avons opté pour la formule tout inclus qui permet de profiter de l'hôtel dès notre arrivée et jusqu'à notre départ. Nous tenions à remercier plus particulièrement toute l'équipe du bar notamment Laurenza et son équipe (Anesh, Kevin, Faardeen, Olivier...) pour leur attention tout au long de notre séjour.

Un séjour de 1 semaine en famille agréable L'hôtel est bien placé donnant la belle plage de Grand Baie. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre avec la vue sur mer. Le personnel est accueillant et un grand merci à Madhavi pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme et aux autres personnels.

La struttura è pulita e curata, peccato per il porticciolo davanti che rovina il panorama, purtroppo il tempo non ci è stato amico e con il brutto tempo ci si annoia parecchio per l'impossibilità di sfruttare la piscina o fare il bagno in mare. Cibo, per me, ottimo e vario, ho mangiato benissimo. L'animazione è molto discreta e i ragazzi mai invadenti. Tutto bello ma non ritornerei, il viaggio, per me, troppo pesante.

Superbe accueil à notre arrivé. Hôtel très sympas. Les personnels étaient au top avec nous. Personnel de chambre super top. Le restaurant le nautic superbe accueil rien à dire sur les personnels. Les repas sont super bons. En tout cas on a passé un super séjour. Le réceptionniste Hamed très accueillant ainsi que krishna. Merci à toute les personnels de l’hôtel qui sont super accueillant. Rien à dire. A très bientôt pour une prochaine visite.

Another amazing stay. We stayed earlier in June then came back a 2nd time 2 weeks later. We were also here last year in August/September. The amazing friendly welcoming staff in all sections of the hotel made us come back twice. The always wiling to help attitude was much felt and appreciated by us. Big thank you to Mr Parma , always helpfull, making sure everything was good and that we were enjoying our time at the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel, value for money, beautiful beach, lovely staff,nice rooms, great food at the buffet. We will be back again. Thank you.
