The Good and the Not So Good for a 4 star hotel Venue and view of beach is amazing Staff very friendly Smell in room 512 couldn't be resolved Staff lack customer service orientation Bar fridge in room 514 broken all week and not replaced Buffet food very limited, bland and expensive for what was charged Security of your details at risk as someone charged their family dinner and drinks on my room and signed a fake signature Breakfast choices limited Overall a 4 out of 10

L’hôtel est super, la nourriture est délicieuse, les chambres sont très belles et propres, la plage est superbe et le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Un grand merci à Rishi pour son efficacité et son sourire, ainsi qu’à Valeyria pour ses délicieuses crêpes au goûter et sa gentillesse.

Hotel confortable bien que ne méritant pas sa classification de 4*. Chambres confortables - belle piscine (trop vite encombrée) - petite plage - restaurant spécifique langouste sur la plage (à tester) - bar de soirée avec ambiance musicale - A mon avis le full inclusive est à éviter car la restauration n'est pas au niveau bien que certains plats plats locaux soient proposés.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Veranda Grand Baie. The staff could not be more accommodating, so friendly and happy. Our accommodation was so comfortable and clean. We had everything and more from great location to lovely local entertainment. We were also so lucky with perfect weather!!

Had the most wonderful stay @ Veranda Grand Baie. We absolutely loved the look and feel of the place - a very Mauritaun experience. We also enjoyed the entertainment every evening. A big thank you & special shout out to Rishi as well as Chef Sudhir for taking care of us & all our dietary requirements - we had the most wonderful experience dining here because of these two gents! Another special shout out to the other pleasant staff members who made our stay memorable - Ansheeka, Suhaib & Ajay. We hope to be back very soon.

It was a beautiful hotel, with really nice shows and the the hotel employees were beyond kind and helpful. Especially Ajay has been more than helpful and kind since the beginning, I wish I could meet an Ajay to every vacation where I go!:) He will make all your wishes come true!!
