Endroit magnifique Suites très belles avec accès direct sur la plage Hôtel avec peu de chambres Très consenties Toutes les équipes sont fabuleuses , très aimables en particulier l équipe des plagistes ( Salih ) Nourriture exceptionnelle Décoration et bar très réussis Activités sportives nautiques Le must c est le SPA et également les coach pour de la salle de sport ( également cours collectifs de yoga , stretching etc,,, Bref j ai hâte d y retourner

This was one of the best vacations ever!!! I am vegan and this is one of the major problems when it comes to hotels, but at the Royal Palm being vegan felt like a privilege. Hotel stuff noted my food preferences even before my arrival, they prepared special menu for each evening and even made a vegan cacao for me at breakfast (even it was non vegan initially). We’ve got upgraded to an Ocean Suite, we had a beautiful view to the ocean, a huge plate of delicious fruits and a bottle of champagne as a welcoming gift. Hotel stuff was so nice, always smiling and making every wish come true! Mr Herwin is the best sales and commercial manager ever! His dedication and hard work deserve a special word. Thank you for answering all our questions 24/7, helping us with restaurant reservations, for organizing the most perfect dinner at the beach and for being so patient with all our requests. The beach is great, white sand and the ocean is cristal clear. The Royal Palm met all our expectation and even more! Thanks to the whole Royal Palm Beachcomber for making our stay a perfect one!

Un séjour inoubliable au Royal Palm. L'équipe, d'une grande gentillesse, est aux petits soins. Ce grand hôtel à taille humaine offre un sentiment unique de sérénité. Si la plage est d'une grande beauté, la restauration restera un très grand souvenir. Le restaurant de la Plage ainsi que la Goélette ont une vue imprenable sur l'Océan. La cuisine du Chef est riche en saveurs, jamais redondante et Julien Laugier, le Chef sommelier, a su créer une incroyable carte des vins. Il est rare de trouver autant de millésimes suffisamment évolués pour apprécier parfaitement les accords parfaits avec les plats...Merci !!!

Tout était absolument parfait. Les chambres sont magnifiques, propres et spacieuses. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. La salle de sport est particulièrement bien achalandée. Yassine est un prof de sport génial ! Le petit déjeuner est à tomber 😋. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve !

Le Royal Palm est un merveilleux endroit où nous avons passé un magnifique moment. L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur une plage idyllique dans la baie de Grand-Baie. La décoration est raffinée, la cuisine délicieuse et variée. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant, souriant et toujours dans l'attention des détails qui font plaisir. Fidèle depuis 15 ans pour y venir chaque année cela faisait 2 ans que nous n'étions pas revenus au RP. Le RP reste le RP et la nouvelle équipe de direction perpétue la tradition et la magie du lieu. Un accueil et des attentions toutes particulières de la part de tout le personnel qui est plus proche des hôtes qu'auparavant accentue la merveilleuse expérience de cet hôtel. Les chambres ont été rénovées avec beaucoup de gout et les teintes plus claires se marient parfaitement. Un luxe chic et pas ostentatoire. La restauration est parfaite, la difficulté est de faire son choix car tout les mets font envie. La plage reste tout aussi magique et le service y est irréprochable. Le service d'accueil et de départ à l'aéroport proposé si l'on demande le transfert de l'hôtel est un vrai plus. De notre arrivée à notre départ entouré et choyé par toutes les Artisants de la maison nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Il nous faudra rapidement revenir car nous sommes déjà nostalgique de ne plus y être. A très bientôt.

Les plats proposés par les restaurants sont d’une très grande qualité gustative et visuelle, un véritable régal ! We had an amazing time at Royal Palm. The beach is very beautiful with crystal clear water, soft white sand and swimming in a calm lagoon. Honestly, one of the best beaches attached to a hotel I ever have visited and I have travelled all over the world..The service at the beach was great, very comfortable chairs. We also went on snorkeling boat twice which we really enjoyed and staff at the boathouse were great. The breakfast was great with high quality, even a glass of champagne. The view from breakfast is honestly to die for. Room is very nice decorated with elegant colours and bed the most comfortable at our Mauritius holiday. Housekeeping did a great job. Every day fresh in all certain ways and nothing forgotten. I would honestly say this is one of the best hotels I visited world wide. There are only a few hotels which make you such relaxed and happy and a feeling of never want to leave. I really do hope I come back one day even if trip from Sweden is long, it will be worth it. Thank you to guest relations Caroline who made our anniversary and my partners 50th celebration at same tome, memorable with efforts from hotel side. We really appreciate it. My best recommendations, go to Royal Palm for a memorable holiday with the best beach.

Le Royal Palm n’a rien d’un hôtel comme les autres, il réussi à devenir en quelques heures notre seconde maison.. nous nous y sommes sentis comme préservés, à l’écart de tout, pour vivre une parenthèse enchantée.. et ceci grâce aux équipes, et à l’âme qu’a su insuffler Isabelle Bouvier, la directrice de cet écrin de verdure, et de sable fin de l’île Maurice. Chaque moment fut délicieux, tout comme la cuisine du chef William qui réussit le tour de force de proposer une cuisine gastronomique dans chacun des 3 restaurants de ce magnifique resort et également de nous éblouir d’un fabuleux dîner grill sur la plage les jeudis… un moment inoubliable.. ! Nous reviendrons en famille la prochaine fois, très très vite.. c’est certain !
