Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles nous sommes loin du compte. À l’arrivée notre chambre n’était pas encore prête, donc nous patientons une bonne heure dans les fauteuils du lobby. Au bout d’une heure notre chambre est prête on nous donne notre clé et on nous dit que notre chambre est au premier, c’est à nous de monter nos valises?? Chambre juste propre, encore des cheveux dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est plus du niveau cafétéria que 4*😡 pas de fruits frais alors qu’il y en a partout ailleurs , ananas en tranche sortant d’une boîte comme le jus de fruit. Pas assez de transat au bort de la piscine alors des petits malins descendent tôt le matin poser une serviette pour réserver un transat 😡une navette peut vous descendre sur Grand Baie mais il vaut mieux avoir une voiture l’hôtel n’est pas vraiment proche des plages. Bref hôtel très cher et surcote par rapport au service…

Super hôtel, piscine ,spa , restaurant, bar au top ,les personnels sont à votre service , gentillesse et sourire toujours au top , super vacances , service pour faire les courses a 2 mns a pied , cadre idyllique, je le conseille, transfert de l avion est super bien géré

Excellente prestation,chambre propre et spacieuse. Buffet et petit déjeuner très bon est varies. Personnel aux top, mention spéciale a Ryan et a toutes l'équipe. Mise à disposition de navette pour aller à Grand Baie. Nous recommandons cette établissement.

Très belle hôtel assez récent (ouverture septembre 2022), personnel très agréable et toujours disponible !! Mention spéciale pour Jean-Pierre, vous ne pouvez pas le louper ! Il n'y a que le buffet qui n'est pas terrible, mais vous avez beaucoup de restaurants et de nourriture à emporter à moins de 5mn à pied.

Hotel well situated. Room not clean, paper foiled under the wash bassin before we arriver, have to notified reception as it’s been 4 days, long hair in drawer. Spoke we Dec who is in charge about the cleanliness of the room, despite the issue was escalated the hair remain under we left the hotel. Lack of staff at the restaurant, label does not correspond to the food. Pool bar suppose to open at 10:00 am however didn’t open until noon. Food very industrial like the pain au chocolat. Reception staff ask in a rude way where is the pool towel card? Which they didn’t give to us, have to walk to my room and bring him the key pouch which was empty, Bin was not empty, corridor not clean, cherry on the cake we lift up the sofa before we left the room OMG, we found few papers, food and cotton bud this is how they clean the room. PLEASE TAKE ACTION. See pictures

Excellent hotel, récent(2022) et propre; personnel très accueillant et serviable; merci à Rayan pour ses excellents cocktails; très bonne restauration sur place( buffet à volonté ou restaurant à la carte sur réservation; chambres familiales spacieuses et fonctionnelles; piscine très propre; parking gratuit pour véhicule; proximité immédiate de centre commercial ( Croisette) et des plages de Grand Baie; nous recommandons vivement ce domaine

Superbe accueil, magnifique endroit et paisible. On se sent très bien. Repas et cocktail délicieux. On a était reçu par le barman Ryan qui est sympathique et à l'écoute du client et nous a fait de très bon cocktail (planteur, Pina colada, mojito et Ice tea.) les yeux fermés je vous le recommande fortement. Très bon séjour.

Nous avons tout adoré, le calme, la taille et la qualité des chambres, grandes et neuves, bien décorés... Au restaurant de l'hôtel, nous avons eu la chance d'être servi par Ryan. Son service était tout simplement impeccable. Il a été très attentif tout au long du repas, avec une attitude chaleureuse et professionnelle. Ses recommandations sur le menu étaient parfaites, et il a su rendre l'expérience encore plus agréable. Ryan est un véritable atout pour l'équipe, et nous recommandons vivement de demander son service lors de votre prochaine visite."
