Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman

The staff at the Hotel Indigo were amazing, no words can truly express our amazing experience. Everyone was so helpful and willing to make our experience even more amazing as the days went on. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, it’s brand new so I advise anyone if, you’re interested in visiting The Grand Cayman Island, definitely stay here. The location is perfect and only a 3 min walk to 7 mile beach with wonderful beach service at your fingertips. We spent 5 nights here and this was one of the best Caribbean islands that I visited, which this makes number seven!! The Poulard Family!!!

We had an amazing breakfast at Catalina, food is delicious. Everyone is very friendly and eager to serve which is always nice. From the moment we arrived to the last goodbye we were treated like royalty. I’d like to give a big shout-out to our server Mr.Rodnel he was so attentive and always checking up us with a big smile. He was the best. Would definitely recommend. Lovely atmosphere.

Hotel Indigo exceeded my expectations. From the time I walked into the hotel until the last day of my stay, I experienced nothing but good energy, hospitality, bright smiles, and ate amazing food. It was easy to book excursions, secure transportation, or simply get directions to browse around the island on my own. If you want the five star hotel experience, look no further Hotel Indigo is ready to deliver. I chose to visit the Cayman Islands this year to celebrate my birthday and Hotel Indigo made this one of my favorite birthday celebrations. The surprise delicious bottle of wine, which I am currently stocking up on at home, the birthday cake, the cocktails, the birthday cards with personal signatures, the conversations with the chefs, and the Michelin star worthy food all made this one birthday I will never forget. I will be back.

From the start Hotel Indigo succeeded my expectations. I had a great stay. Facilities are fantastic and my room was just a treat! Balcony with a terrific view! All the staff were so friendly and excited to be working at this new establishment. Definitely need to mention Jessica Farley who took care of my reservation was a delight to converse with. Cynthia in Catalina was so sweet and attentive. However one staff member went above and beyond, that was Will at Pom Pom. He was exceptional and gave me the best recommendation. I will definitely be going back!

The whole experience at Hotel Indigo was 5 star. From the moment we arrived to the last goodbye we were treated like royalty. The property itself is stunning. But what really made the stay was the incredible staff. From our welcome drinks (melon cucumber) to the lovely tour. Julia and Pedro at the front desk took such good care of us. Margaret at the pool also was amazing. The walk to the beach was so easy. The rooms were lovely, from the showers to the super comfortable beds. We wanted for nothing. We ordered room service a couple of times and it was fast and hot. The Pom Pom was an amazing experience, even in the rain. The resort shop was a refreshing surprise. Something to buy for everyone on your list! Not touristy junk. Quality French inspired shopping. I could go on and on, but really what you need to do is take a trip to Grand Cayman and experience the Hotel Indigo for yourself. You won’t be sorry!

I went for breakfast in Catalina restaurant and had the best experience, all thanks to my server miss Cynthia. She was so attentive, made the best food recommendations, always checking up us with a big smile. Honestly the best experience. Will definitely come back because Cynthia made me feel at home. Also the pancakes are to die for.

Visited the restaurant catalina, waiter Ishfaq was amazing and super helpful the entire time! Would definitely recommend. Lovely atmosphere. Food was immaculate. And the service? Top tier. I look forward to bringing more guests to the restaurant and hotel.

We had an amazing week long vacation at this brand new hotel. We were impressed by many things, but the professional and personal service really stood out. From check in to the restaurant and pool staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was excellent and seemed to take pride and joy in their work. We spent a lot of time at the large pool which always seemed to have enough space for couples to have some room and for kids to play as well. Poolside help and restaurant and bar service was great. Ken in particular made an impression on us. We also spent a lot of time at the amazing beach which is a short stroll down a landscaped path from the hotel. Service there was also very easy and warm. The food and drinks at all of the restaurants were also excellent, super fresh, creative, and diverse. We liked getting to know Laura in the Catalina restaurant. Too many great things to say to say it all. If you are planning a trip to Grand Cayman, you should look really closely at this place!

The ambience is gorgeous. Rooftop bar is a must at sunset. The hotel was beautiful, the food was incredible & the staff was over the top helpful. Ask for Ishtaq as your server. He was the best. Overall amazing on all levels. We were very happy with our experience at Hotel Indigo.
