Late review from 2023. Stayed here in July with my parents and we loved it. Staff was super friendly and the room was huge. The restaurant on location had good food as well as welcoming, friendly staff. The property was clean and I enjoyed the pier at the end of the beach

Was a long term stay guest here with my wife and i must say that you cannot go wrong with this location. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay and we have promised to return to say hello. We met Zuzu, Alejandro, Dana, Ladd & the lady in charge of front desk my apologies that i cannot remember her name, each of them went above & beyond their duty to ensure satisfaction. We also got to meet the charming Bar Manager “ Colin” a wonderful host, extreme professional and above all lovely guy to meet, he was very helpful and willing to to lend a hand when needed, we will make sure to catch up with all these people soon. Best wishes to you all 👏

I went to the holiday inn on complete impulse for my boyfriends birthday, the staff were so welcoming and helped me check in within minutes!! on my boyfriends actual birthday i swear the entire staff at check-in came together to make my request possible. Zach, Alejandro went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect! upon check out rick made it such a breeze and had me out in a matter of 5 mins! my stay was overall an amazing experience and i would give them a 10/10!!

It is remote. This is good and bad. No shuttle from airport is an issue. To avoid this taxi fees and being stuck in this remote area, it is very highly recommended that you rent a car from the airport for some or all of the trip. They do have a shuttle, but if you are staying for four or more days you will want to have a car to visit Rum Point and Caves.
