This was our first stay at a Ritz Carlton and the staff and service was exceptional! We booked an ocean view room and it was definitely worth it and good to be close to the beach (some rooms are on other side of resort and a bit of a trek). The beach is great (go out early and reserve good chairs). Restaurants were adequate. Interior of hotel and rooms were redone sometime fairly recent and decor was great.

This is legit luxury. The service is incredible. The food is outrageous. The drinks are excellent. The room service is good. The rooms were renovated in 2020 and they’re gorgeous and well maintained. My room was cleaned by 10 am. The beach is gorgeous and the pools are super clean. The chairs are close together but they’re comfortable and in great condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This hotel is nice, but for $2000 a night, I didn't expect to be crowded into a long line of side-by-side chairs at the beach, similar to what you'd find at a budget Caribbean resort. We ended up paying an additional $700 a day for a beach bed. The Ritz no longer lives up to its name. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly, but the food and other amenities felt a bit outdated. Next time, we'll stay at the Four Seasons for true luxury.

I debated between the Ritz and Westin for months and I am so glad I chose the Ritz. The property is absolutely beautiful, there are so many people working there to make your vacation the most memorable one and the location is perfect. The small details make all the difference like updated and larger size rooms, teats like frozen cappuccino, watermelon slices and cotton candy poolside every hour. I never had fight for a chair or drink brought to me. Floating beds at the beach and paddle boards are always available. Worth every penny!

Beautiful resort love the design of this hotel. One of the best golf courses (best on the island) friendly and knowledgeable staff they took good care of you. Water is pretty and blue. Would stay here again! Highly Recommend for a couples trip or family vacation.

The finest hotel experience I have ever enjoyed without a doubt. From the moment I walked through the door at the Ritz, I was warmly greeted by every single employee. The staff, without exception, are what set this hotel far above the rest. It was the attention to detail, for example, they noticed that I was using up the generous amount of complimentary cream for my morning coffee. Within a day, my ration was doubled! My room, and the entire property for that matter, was impeccable. Having worked in hospitality in my younger years, I know the amount of work and dedication it takes to have an entire organization operate on this level, somehow, they have exceeded this standard, which is why I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience I have ever had.

First class resort. Get the Club level if you can. Well worth it for breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks and dessert. Club staff from concierges to wait staff were all super helpful. We stayed on resort side which is really fine. Short 5 minute walk to beach/pool area. Rooms are spacious and housekeeping staff are diligent and do a great job. Beach staff are also pleasant and attentive. The only small issue is that the beach has canopies rather than umbrellas. This makes it a bit of a chore if you want shade. Plenty of space by the pool for shady areas if you tire of manipulating the canopy. Otherwise you can't go wrong with this Ritz.
