I stayed at your hotel and had a superb experience of security, at night i went out for smoke there was homeless outside there premises, i felt uncomfortable as he started asking me for smoke than your guard appeared and asked not to disturb guest and leave their property.

I unfortunately can not say how the rooms or the property were as i did not stay. There was a mix up with third party booking and the hotel didnt show it as cancelled and charged me.

The staff were okay and the room was clean overall but it simply looked word, black paint marks on the ceiling and some of the trim was loose, carpet looked worn, the bathroom mirror was broken. I used the bike on the gym, which was not easily identified by proper signage, and the bike was dusty, gym looked worn.

This hotel is older, which I can handle, but cleanliness was questionable and location of the homeless shelter behind it made me uncomfortable and did not feel overly safe. There is no pool or hot tub which kids did not enjoy.
