Everything about this place is top notch. The rooms are big. The pool is warm and the hot tub is huge. The desk clerks Quinn and Catherine were very friendly and helpful. The bartenders Harmony and Jasmine are very friendly and funny, so is their boss Steve and Taylor Swift life size cut out he bought for the bar.

I think that when there’s some type of tournament or gathering where is going to be a lot of kids.. the hotel staff should should be monitoring the hallways for kids running and being loud.. at 7am I woke up because there was some banging noises and running up and down the hallways
That screwed up my morning for sure.. I didn’t call the front desk because I was trying to go back to sleep through the noises but it didn’t work and I just got up
I understand kids are kids but the parents or guardians should be more conscious and have better judgment when the kids are getting a little loud

We enjoyed our brief stay at this high-end hotel during the off season. Every aspect of the facility was of higher quality than others we've stayed in. Very comfortable room and spacious bathroom.

We thought the food was a bit pricey, it was rather dark in the pool area and only a couple jets worked in the hot tub

The only thing i liked were the lights in the foyer. Our room was not cleaned very well and i guess i expected a better decor. I think the rooms are in need of updating. Our shower tub was so dirty, i used the kids shower. We rented a family suite.. just not what I was expecting for being a family site and for the powwow.

The stay was adequate. The people were nice. The food in the restaurant was very bad and extremely overpriced.
