Quick check-in, nice room but didn’t know there was a fridge in the room (should be advertised that way), decent breakfast with waffle makers, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal. Many glutenous and dairy products. Shower curtain had a slight odor.

Bed okay. Floor not vacuumed in room. Poor breakfast. No spa/pool working. Some staff friendly, others don't even greet you or thank you that you stayed with them when checking out. As a guest/client I expect more.

Looks like their pool and Jacuzzi is broken all the time. Booked months ago, they could have sent an email informing customers.
Don’t advertise then that you have a pool and jacuzzi. After a ski day you want a jacuzzi! Also, the breakfast is terrible. No fruits. Only good thing is the view from the breakfast room

We have been coming here for years. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. But their hot tub and pool is usually out of service every year we come here which is disappointing because after a day of riding, a hot tub would feel great.

The man that was there was constantly telling us about how the fire marshal would be upset if we parked by the door to unload? What? Do you think we care, we are unloading our things into our room and we have to hear about what the fire Marshal thinks? We’re tired and don’t want to hear about it. We just got to your property and are being ragged on. Hello? Not good!

The team that runs this hotel is amazing. They were very accommodating and helpful when we ended up stuck due to a road closure. The inside is very clean and the rooms are nice.

The front desk staff was incredibly nice and friendly and the hotel was very, very clean and quiet. Great place to stay! We had two kids with us. There was a microwave near the ice machine and vending machines so we were able to heat up our food. Breakfast was good, too.
We stayed for one night after enjoying the hot springs at Hot Sulphur Springs resort and will definitely go back again.
