Property was clean of front. Staff was helpful. I was looking for a place to eat and they recommended several and a short walk so it was all right and it’s a good access to the highway to leave in the morning.

Nice overall stay! Some of our family members have food allergies and I was so impressed with all the breakfast options for various dietary restrictions (gluten-free, diabetes, etc.). When staying in Grand Forks, we will be back!

The hotel itself was fine, I suppose. The fellow working check in was honestly kind of miserable, but whatever. Room was fine, clean, no issues there. I would advise against the first floor as a room option as it was constant noise. Kids running up and down the halls loudly for an extended period of time. We were also woken up at 1:30 am from a loud rowdy group which wasn’t great. The spa wasn’t in service which wasn’t previously mentioned until we went to go use it, which again was annoying and should have been noted. The hotel itself is close to the main drag of the shops which is convenient, but honestly not enough to make me want to stay here again. The lady who checked us out was pleasant though and even smiled, so at least we had that…

Clean and well maintained hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the decor/appearance was simple but appealing. Close location to shopping and restaurants. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Liked the large drinking water dispenser in the lobby.

The front doors made it difficult to get a cart through them and there is only one elevator.
