Older hotel that needs some renovations. The carpet needs to be cleaned behind the television stand and chair and bed side table. The actual bedding was clean. Bed was older but comfortable enough. The tub, floor and toilet are clean as well as the sink. I thought it was odd to have hangers in the window to prevent break in on main floor, gave me a very uneasy sense of security that I slept with light on. The fan in the bathroom could also be easily cleaned. I know you get what you pay for. I personally wouldn't stay here again and I'll pay the extra $ to feel more secure at night. Staff is very friendly and I know they are trying their best ( kept saying they were short staffed). They have hot breakfast but I didn't try it.

A great place to stay with great pool and hot tub with convenient access to all the shopping centres in Grand Forks. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean hotel. The lady at the desk was very friendly. The room was perfect and with the coupon I had it was a super good deal. The breakfast was real great too. They have a pool and hot tub but we didn’t get time to use it. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Grand Forks! I will be booking this hotel agin next time I go to the USA!

My 7 year old son and I did a spur of the moment road trip to GF for just 1 night and decided on Days Inn. It’s close to everything we usually visit so it was perfect. Is the hotel older and could it use some repairs/updates? Absolutely. But it didn’t hinder our stay in any way. Our room was really clean and I found the bed/pillows to be super comfortable. I had 1 of the best sleeps I’ve had in such a long time. Breakfast was good too. It had more than enough of a selection. All of the staff was super friendly but Michelle Hayes went above and beyond. In the words of my son….Mom, she was the nicest hotel lady, we have ever had! (Thanks for the cookies, Michelle!!) I’d absolutely stay here again and look forward to our next visit to GF!
