Hot tub not working, first night excellent and quiet. Second night kids running up and down halls all evening and rooms poorly insulated. Heard conversations as if I was in the same room.

Super clean, a really nice hotel. My only gripes were that the hot tub was not in service (which we were looking forward to using), and the pool was really cold with space heaters all around it. Overall, I would stay again.

I can't recommend this place enough. It has become our "go-to" hotel in Grand Forks. The rooms are clean, furniture is sufficient (not too much and not too little), there are fridges in every room. And the Staff is amazing. We were in town for a funeral. Roberta at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that my family had rooms right next to each other, which made a very difficult time much easier. Bruce in the breakfast room is always thinking of his guests and what he can do to make their trip and their breakfast more enjoyable. And even Nikki our housekeeper left a note in our room expressing her condolences. This is a well-run ship and a lot of hotels could learn from them.
