The lady at the front desk when checking in was very helpful. The rooms and bad sure do need updated. Was there three days it seemed that we had the same thing for breakfast every morning. we had booked for a hockey tournament and then booked for the Thursday before the hockey tournament booking paid $103 Canadian then spending two nights through the hockey tournament. We paid $396. American was not very happy considering the hotel is really not worth that type of money and especially when you’re from Canada that hotel cost us around $500 which is totally unacceptable. He would think he would get a better deal with a hockey tournament not getting a deal that’s totally out priced for what the hotel had to offer.

The room was very clean, quiet and pleasant. The bed was firm and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and kind. The breakfast was fantastic. It was kind of a normal but it was fresh and the eating area was clean and again the staff was so friendly. Made it better than a restaurant. We would stay here again and try others. I can not say enough.

We very much enjoyed our short stay. The manager at the front desk when I walked in was very accommodating to my needs. He even got us into our room earlier in that morning. I have never met a front desk manager who went above, and beyond as this young man did. other front desk hotels can learn from this.

The breakfast had great variety. The towels are kind of small and pillows and beds are a bit hard. Overall it was a good experience.

Had to cancel this reservation and was told to call in the am to talk to manager been 6 days and still no call back with multipole messages left and the front desk says there not available. The email address they give you to email doesn't work. What shady stuff is going on at this place? So be careful if you have to cancel they probable will still charge you like they did to me
