The front desk clerk checking us in could have used some kindness and humor. The pool was cold. The rooms clean.

Nice little hotel in “downtown” Grand Island, which we were fortunate to be told about after showing up at the Comfort Suites and learning the latter was not pet friendly. Room was a little tight- not a lot of room for suitcases etc. Bathroom was a little dirty. Area around the property was pretty scruffy and the pet area was gross (people not picking up the poop). Breakfast was very limited. (It seemed like we were the only guests so maybe that was a factor?) But shower seemed pretty new and beds were comfy.

Terrible for groups, do not recommend. Definitely stay down the street. They are over priced. We had a small gathering of less than 10 people in the lobby and at 10pm made us all go to the rooms. No common area. Very disappointed. Also the pools is SO COLD.
