While the rooms are a little outdated, the staff at this hotel makes up for anything else that might be lackluster. They are all fabulous. The front desk from check-in to check-out were personable and very helpful. But I really want to recognize Susie in the restaurant for going above and beyond. Not only was her service excellent, but she saw that my husband was suffering with a very swollen knee, and took the initiative to get him a bag of ice, That effort not only made dinner more pleasant, but we were able to refill it and it made the five-hour drive home tolerable. Susie is a real asset to your property.
