Do not book, especially through third party. Hotel does not honor booked and confirmed reservations for specific room type. And when you ask for them to make it right they dig their heels in further to be unhelpful. The photos show the uncomfortable roll away bed left outside of our room, blocking the hallway, and when we asked for someone to come set it up, they never showed. Super disappointed and will never spend money with this hotel group again. Boooo.

When I checked in I went to the assigned room. I thought it was odd that the window was open and the air conditioner was on while it was 45 degrees outside. The person before us had urinated (or their pet) on one of the two beds. My daughter had to change her clothes because she laid down in it. The staff on duty was good about the situation and gave us another room right away.
I’ve been staying at hotels for over 40 years and that’s the first time that has happened. I’ve stayed at that hotel at least 3 times, but will probably go to another hotel in the area the next time we travel through there in May.

The location was great. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and safe. Staff was nice but the front desk coverage was minimal, maybe due to not enough people working.

A "regular" at this hotel stole my laundry out of the dryer and then staff protected him instead of getting my personal items back from him. Staff on check-in were very rude. By the front desk admission to me they have people staying there without being in a room and all they could say was "unfortunately you have to wait or "unfortunately I don't know what room that person is staying in...I swear to God if I hear "unfortunately" from hotel staff I am going to be super pissed. Then I caught one of the housekeeper's wearing my pants after they "unfortunately couldn't do anything about it". WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WONT EVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

When we arrived, our reserved room had not been cleaned. There were food crumbs on the crumpled bedding bed, the pullout couch had unmade/dirty sheets, the bathroom counter had visible cup rings, the floor didn’t look vacuumed and the dishwasher had dirty dishes inside. I originally booked a room with a king bed bedroom but we were moved to a double queen studio as no bedroom options were available. Though assured the cost difference would be adjusted on my final bill, I was charged the original amount. I have spoken with 3 different people who continue to assure me that ‘they will figure out the problem’ but that I should keep calling back to check. ?? The newer building is also oddly and poorly constructed. The hallway had an open, leaking ceiling with trash can all weekend and our room’s main door and bathroom door were hung crookedly. The bath door wouldn’t latch. Overall- disappointing.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue was there was no remote for the TV so I had to go to the front desk and ask for one

Check in was great but Friday night at almost 11 pm the fire alarm went off for over a minute then was shut off. We all stood in the hallway wondering what to do since alarm was shut off. no one came to talk to us. My husband called downstairs and was "I dont know whats going on". Fire trucks then showed up and all that time noone had us leave the building. We had no idea what to do since alarm was shut off. We had to be up early ti get on the road. We will not be back the worst money Ive ever spent
