Hotel room had an awful smell. Internet didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Front desk area was not clean. Outside looked nice which was misleading. Rooms were old and in need of updating. Door to room looked like it had been kicked in, repaired badly.

First night was ok, second night the place next door played music so loud I could not sleep. The key card was reset each day. I had to go back down and get it reprogram to my room. I would stay again if it is the only place to sleep in Grand Junction

The room was adequate, the heat worked fine, but the water pressure was skimpy. No breakfast, just very basic coffee. If you like to party all night long, this is the place for you. The on-site bar was raging all night and the noise was very loud from the bar. Parties spilled out of various rooms til all hours.

This is a section 8 property. Numerous full time residences with their own personal items on walkways and balconies (chairs, tables, stools, bbqs, cig butts, etc.). Even the lobby had sheetrock cutouts. I felt sorry for the staff, they were the only good about this property.
