Helpful staff, clean rooms and a quiet location was ample parking and access to nearby food places. The breakfast was fairly basic, but perfectly adequate. I found this place to be very good value and ideal for exploring Grand Junction (a lovely town).

Freezing cold room, staff were nice enough to offer a second floor room which I would suggest in winter. It was a hour before I took my 800 down jacket off. Pillows were horrendous and bed blankets thin but bed was comfortable. All items listed were available. Breakfast very basic but at this price it is a good place to stay. If you can afford more I would consider another motel. Lots of places to eat nearby.

If I wasn't sooooo tired when we got in at 4:30am we would of gone somewhere else. Requested a late check-out, they said 11:30 was the latest they could do and they still tried to key into the door at 11:10. The tub hadn't been cleaned in the last year... at least. Brown stains on the floor and wall around the toilet. Broken tiles on the floor. Walls were unfinished on the edges and floor. Had the feel if we brushed against any of the walls they would crumble to our touch. Almost horror movie level.

Dirty broken items tv did not work. Everything under construction or closed. Other guests setting off car alarm all night and I had a test in the morning. Rude staff who did not care. Dirty sheets. Will never ever go back

Do not stay here. This place had a lot going against it. I walked into my room and the toilet had recently been used — and not flushed. I push the handle and nothing happens. So I fix the toilet. Then my keycard is wiped when I put it into my wallet, so I get locked out. The walls are thing, and I listen to the people in the rooms around me argue until 11pm, and I’m woken up at 1am when they start up again. The blankets are thin and the heater didn’t work. Don’t stay here unless you’re in a bind, as I was.

Pros: close to stores, restaurants, banks, airport, easy and fast check-in.
Cons: everything else pretty much.
Building looks old.
Mini-fridge = DISGUSTING (see pictures) both fridge and freezer. (Freezer 7x more disgusting than fridge)
Dead animals (big insect - dead in the bathroom)
Smell - inside of the room was OK- normal.
Smell - outside - ********* - no matter what time of the day or night.
Customers: 98% (negative vibe)
Door (room) locks were broken. Chain was broken and hadn’t been fixed. (See pictures below)
Breakfast: OK (fast breakfast) - cereal, juice, yogurt , fruit (apples and bananas)
Overall: if you are traveling with kids, it is NO NO.
If you are by yourself, it is a NO.
If you need a place to sleep just for one night, maybe.
