Well, we paid for an upgraded suite to be near the pool and then found out the pool was closed upon check-in. They told us it would be open the following day so we kept our reservation. The following day they told us it would not be open.

Booked this specific stay for the hot tub and waterslide also for airport shuttle services. Hot tub and water slide were down and closed off when we got there and the pool was super cold and dirty. Kids running wild through the area. Very disappointed since we booked this one because we were under the assumption there was a hot tub available. We needed shuttle service to the airport, but not as early as i needed to be at the airport so we had to drive instead. Would have easily paid less money at another hotel for better services and a free breakfast. Waste of money unfortunately.

Hot tub was out of service which is the only reason I chose to stay here. The side doors to access rooms from the back of the building did not work so I had to walk from the main entrance to the end of the building to get to my room every time. Bed was clean but floors were dirty.

The best part of my stay was the bartender, Larry. He provided an exceptional customer experience. LARRY was professional, friendly, and provided great service. The hotel itself needs some updating. The parking lot needs more lighting.

Carpet in room was dirty, pool was closed, slide and hottub were both closed. Staff was very friendly. Late hours were not as quiet as they could have been. No breakfast but they did have popcorn! Loved having the 12pm checkout vs others having earlier times

Everyone was friendly and nice. Overall for the cost for two night was perfect and affordable and I. Good location and good service.
