When reserved room it stated parking available. It did not say at a cost. 29. to park a car for one night on top of paying for the room was a little outragous. Was on 3rd floor and heard traffic all night long. Will not be my first choice next time.

The room smelled really bad like mold or mildew. And I was really disappointed the hottub wasnt working. Thats one of the reasons I booked it.

Booked this room for a concert and Van Andel. When we got there, we found out there was a skywalk from the hotel directly to the arena. Made it really easy to get in and out for our event.

I came to buy a car and the guy i had lined it up with sold it out from under me after i had already made the 7 hour drive but the bartender was a great source of light at a dark moment so thank you bartender
