Great stay there, very quite and peace place.

It was a decent stay at this place. We had better service in the past though and I wish we had more time to book online.

I checked in late night that’s probably I been arranged to the fairest room on 2F. Elevator is far from front desk has walked 3 to 4 mins with my two big heavy luggage. Good workout but not so good for checking in late night.

The hotel is average, run by Indians, the front desk and the staff are asking for advice, the security environment is average, but the price is reasonable. Grand Rapids is a small city, and there are several breweries in the downtown area that are pretty good.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is good. The COOPER'S HAWK restaurant next to the most important hotel is delicious. Recommend

It's too noisy, and the sound insulation effect is very bad. In the middle of the night, I can still hear the sound of walking upstairs, which is very clear. Hey, I didn't sleep well all night. It's okay to stay here based on the reviews. I don't know where the previous good reviews came from. Probably everyone else lives on the second floor. Anyway, the first floor is really noisy.
