This is beautiful Hotel located on beautiful location. Rooms are beautiful and walkable from the River, On the opposite street is a Grand Rapids one of the oldest building and it’s beautiful. There was a little miscommunication during our check-in. We were told that breakfast timing is from 7-10am but when we reached for breakfast at 9:10, they were already closing and cleaning restaurant. There were around 5-7 families who came after 9 for breakfast. But restaurant gave bread, fruits, butter, Jams, Coffee so we had breakfast. Other than everything was perfect.

The Hyatt Place in downtown Grand Rapids is in a great location to enjoy everything around the city. The hotel is clean and modern. There is a pool, fitness center, a large breakfast area that also serves bar food in the evenings if you aren’t looking to hit one of the dozens of great restaurants in the city.

Overall very impressed with the hotel and amenities. The shower head was a bit confusing and very very hot but overall a very nice hotel and good breakfast. The coffee was actually good too!

I very much enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is excellent, as I was within walking distance of downtown GR. The staff are very friendly, and they gave me no grief about switching my payment method. The room was clean, with a nice view. My only minor quibble would the outside noise in the early morning - but that is expected in a city. Overall, this is a great place to book a room.

We had a wonderful visit with lots of family coming in from out of town. We celebrated our baby’s first birthday in the meeting space. Zaria was incredible to work with to make this a perfect party. Elaine was AMAZING. She was so attentive, patient and kind to our big group of people. Jakub was a treat to speak with, so nice. Buddy was another very kind person that was very helpful. Would offer something before you even had to ask. They all went above and beyond to be kind and caring, loved our stay.

Awesome location. Staff friendly and professional. Parking was fair. Wish they had a sauna and or steam room. Pool was nice but small.

Check-in was a breeze, the staff members were friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and our room was perfect. We really liked the floor to ceiling windows and the view. We were pleasantly suprised with the breakfast buffet, so much food to choose from! It was spectacular and much better than most hotels. I would definitely stay at Hyatt Place GR again!
