Pool and hot tub was closed. That was the only reason we booked this property. We couldn't cancel our reservation since it wasnt 24 hours notice.

Arrived to check in at 3:15 pm checkin is 3pm. We were told our room was not ready as sheets were still needing to be changed and would have to wait 45 min. Checked back at the desk af 4:00pm and was again told another 45 min wait!? We weren't able to get in our room until 5pm. No offer of a discount on our stay for the inconvenience. So I literally paid money for a full stay but was shorted 2 hours of my stay. If you don't have the staff to operate your hotel then you need to not operate at capacity. Very poor experience!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night(May4th) As soon as we rested,power went off and did not return for 3 hrs.ETA for restoration was 7:30am.with sleepless night our vacation was ruined.Trung to reach to manager to discuss billing but no luck so far.Rest all good but it is disappointing to see that they made no efforts to communicate/discuss any refund.we stay at marriott and they would never do it like this.

Hotel was super clean, check In went smoothly. Room was nice and clean, plenty of places to eat around the hotel and the hotel was in a quiet and safe are.

I went to celebrate my sons birthday and from the check in with Alayshia helping made it smooth, helped book a last minute room for me, very friendly and is a big reason I will come back. The hotel/rooms were clean and spacious and the pool was a great area for my son to play but for me to relax in the jacuzzi. I highly recommend this location.

We booked this stay to have a little family celebration. We do this every year (at a different location). We choose this location as it was closer to everyone BIG mistake. We had 4 rooms booked (that would be 16 guest) we had an addition 8 people in the lobby with us having some food, when all of a sudden the GM came over & kicked everyone out that did not have a room. She was very rude & impolite. Needless to say we will be going back to our original hotel that we have been going to for the last 20+ years. Grandville is a bit too stuffy for us!!!
