The heater in the room was on 91 temp it was so hot in there it was hard to breath couldnt sleep because of the heat the floor was very buckled and the room was ped iod ft

The shower did not work and the toilet was not secured to the floor properly. Also there was no blanket on the bed just a sheet and thin bed spread when we asked for a blanket they brought another thin bed spread

Terrible Motel and over priced. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Maintenance came to try and fix it but were unsuccessful. And then asked if we really needed hot water? Asked for a rate adjustment, but was told only a manager could do that. Manager not available until Monday. Asked for the manager to call us on Monday. No call. We called and were told the manager was not available. We asked to be called again. No results so far. Laminate floor boards were popped up and the bathroom door was broken. Losing us as Wyndham loyalty members.
