Upon check in we were charged an added $36 after paying *******. The hotel didn’t know why but didn’t take it off. It was not the $25 to be refunded. We won’t stay here again

This was the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The room was updated with a nice shower and amenities. Our room was very clean. The GM has set the standard with a fabulous and friendly staff. Thank you for a wonder stay. We will be back the next time we are in Grant's Pass.

Upon walking in the room, the linens smelled fresh: however, they were threadbare. The sheets, pillowcases and towels needed to be replace. Otherwise, the room was clean. The people at the hotel were nice an d pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-5, perfect for a trip south from Portland. There is an In-N-Out Burger right next door.

It is comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom door slides and doubles as the closet door so it doesn’t close all the way. The soap box was empty, loose tissues were shoved into the top of the box, and a few things in the bathroom were a bit dirty.
