A ”no frills” place, it was none the less clean and comfortable. Everything worked, it was a record breaking 114 degrees in Grant's Pass that day and the A/C was up to the challenge. Many people seem to be living here, as we all know housing availability in North America is in a crisis situation. It was good to see the children enjoying the pool. Some reviews mention ”sketchy” people in the parking lot, however after staying there and talking to one or two people, I suspect they are mostly fellow motel stayers out for a smoke (non-smoking rooms), or a bit of space, it can't be fun for a family to be living in a motel room! At half the price of an ”Econo-Lodge”, and just as clean, I would stay here again.

The location is awesome and the staff, especially Daniel was really great. Everything is you need is within walking distance and you’re close to the freeway, but no traffic noise. The only possible negative would be I wish there was overhead parking for bikes. That way they would be out of the sun, a hot seat sometimes isn’t nice, lol. But really this place is perfect.

Small room, ask for extra pillows. Clean and furniture dates, but new toilet and sink and new entry way to room flooring. Quiet and away from I-5 but easy to get too, so you don’t hear the traffic. Black Bear Diner across the street has excellent diner options. Behind hotel has an ice cream parlor, so yeah, lots of great options. Has a pool, but it wasn’t clean enough for me to swim in, looked murky. Breakfast was eggs and sausage, Loy if bread choices and waffles. 4 different juice options and lobby was clean, employees were efficient if not overly friendly. The parking was what we came for we were pulling a fifth wheel and needed a place to stay after dry camping and wanted a bed and shower. The front bottom of the parking lot is for big rigs and campers and they have a camera that watches that area will definitely stay again.

Place stunk so badly that we could not stay there. Starting from the smoke odor lobby to the smoke odor room. We knew going in that this would be a dive but we just needed a cheap place to crash for one night and we'd be out before dawn. After check in we drove to our room. My spouse was giving a pep talk on the way reminding me of much worse places we've stayed and how we can ”do this”. I said sure but we aren't leaving our things in the room before we leave to visit family. If I had to describe the whole exterior in one word it would be Sketchy. So we open our door and were knocked back by the dank smell of cigarettes. When we came to, we saw how dinky the room was. They should be called a Microhotel. One full-sized bed and a tiny wooden table that had seen better days. A tv on the wall. 2 steps and the bathroom was just a tiny closet of rusted sink and shower. At least I think it was rust. A recent murder maybe? The shower looked like you would need a shower after your shower. We would not know as we did not take a shower in that rusted ashtray. We did not sleep there either as the brave hubby of mere minutes ago said NO WAY. I said ”come on” and he said NO and I said ”we can do this” and he got mad at me and pouted half the night until he told all my family of the horrors we seen and then they all ganged up on me and refused to let us return to said Motel Hell. And no, we didn't ask for a refund as that should have happened right away, not 6 hours later. Funny story, but it was later learned that a few years ago, my brother, who smokes, checked into the same sleeze hotel and as soon as he saw his room, demanded a refund. They pushed back but he pushed harder and got a refund. Even a smoker couldn't take it.

Stayed overnight to finally see the Oregon caves. It was the perfect stop from Sacramento. Th lobby was clean and staff was welcoming.
We arrived past 8 pm and was happy that they had hot water for tea and regular and decaffeinated coffee around the clock.
I can’t say anything about breakfast since we slept through it.
Our room was surprisingly spacious, linens were nice and clean. The room had a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a safe.
There were face, hand and bath towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel and hand soap.
Definitely one I will go back to should I need to stay overnight in the area.

Excellent
GGuest UserWe had a great 3 night stay while celebrating family birthdays. Our 1st floor room was pleasantly more quiet than expected. Loved our patio with a view of the river. Very comfortable bed. Good in-room coffee. Daily breakfast was perfect. Always plenty of selections, and places to sit either inside the dining area or outside on the patio. Our tables were bussed and cleaned as soon as we finished our meal to ready for the next diners. Daily room service is not offered due to Covid, but towels, coffee, etc. are easily replenished upon asking. The customer service at this hotel was top notch, from contacting the hotel before arrival til check-out. The front desk staff was always available. Special mention goes to Jim for his friendly smile, great attitude, and nightly popcorn popping skills. I would welcome an opportunity to stay here again.

KKirk GarnerWe love this hotel and everything was perfect, except for two things... First, there was no soap, which I'm sure was just an oversight by the cleaning crew. It was easy to call the desk and get more. Second, and this was the much bigger problem: the shower was built incorrectly. It only had one temperature (as hot as possible!) and an on-off valve. It was impossible to take a shower without getting scalded by the water. We didn't have this problem in another room last time we stayed here, so I don't know why this room had this problem. The shower in room 121 needs to be looked at by a professional plumber to figure out how to put the right kind of control on it.
