This hotel the rooms were so small We felt clostrophobic. My husband is diamond member and I asked to be upgraded and they said that was the size of all king rooms. Not up to hilton standards. No garbage can in the bathroom. Not even a cup in the room for water. Not the staffs fault as they were great but would not stay there again.

Pay more and stay somewhere else. Front desk staff are unhelpful and rude. Beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. The third floor had a horrible smell. The shower head was messed up and spraying everywhere. We requested an extra blanket repeatedly and were refused. Just an overall bad stay.

Clean hotel! Mina, the evening desk person, was exceptionally helpful and personable!! We especially enjoyed the Lavazza coffee and the soap in bathroom was so fragrant. Would stay here again if in the area.

Was not offered free welcome package the two bottles of water and a snack. The hotel staff spoke broken english and could not understand her ! Probably wont stay here again

Good breakfast variety. Different options each morning of egg type and meat. Clean rooms. Would stay again.

The atmosphere is very inviting, very clean and colorful. The vibrant colors are a nice touch to a clean building. Front desk personnel are super kind, and overall so helpful during a check in experience.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. The staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and it has easy access to I-81.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms aren't spacious, but we didn't need it to be because we weren't there to hang out, we just needed a clean, comfortable room to stay in. I really enjoyed the flatter pillows, most hotel rooms have high pillows, and I wake up with a stiff neck, but the pillows there were nice and flat. One thing that really surprised me was there was a night lite in the bathroom, which I've never seen in a hotel room. For someone who gets up a lot in the night, it was very beneficial. I will definitely be staying at this brand of hotel the next time we travel.

I was traveling with my daughter who had surgery on her ankle and the stay was over night. The room was spacious and handicap accessible. It does have a tub instead of a shower stall. Room was clean and the air conditioner/ heat unit worked fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bkfst was good: omelette, sausage, and great coffee. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room but there is coffee available in the lobby Would stay here again.
