Fuimos al spa 4 amigas, las instalaciones nos parecieron súper bonitas, todo cuidado y limpio, el personal muy amable y el spa todo correcto. Tuvimos la mala suerte de coincidir con un grupo de señoras muy escandalosas y mal educadas, estuvieron haciendo vídeos, fotos, gritando durante toda la hora del spa, no lo disfrutamos nada, de hecho nos pusieron de mal humor, puesto que es un lugar privado y se supone que relajante. La encargada del spa nos dijo al final que nos quedáramos 10 min más que son los únicos que pudimos estar si escuchar los gritos. La encargada del spa se disculpó y sabemos que no era culpa suya, pero nosotras no lo pudimos disfrutar, es más, nos hicieron sentir incómodas por estar grabando y haciendo fotos sin respetar la intimidad de los demás. Hemos echado de menos que les llamaran la atención al principio del circuito y no al final y la prohibición de fotografías y vídeos que es esencial en un spa. Esperábamos otra respuesta por parte del spa. Volveremos porque nos gustó y esperamos no coincidir con gente escandalosa.

Erreur de gestion par la directrice Que fait cette personne à cette place Nul Nul Nul Piscine ouverte mais fermé alors que c’est la 1 er chose en avant sur photo Nourriture fade et insipide Notre chambre n’a pas été faite la 1 ère nuit ! Wifi inexistante ( pour nous ) Et je passe la lanteur du service Barman Bref je suis venu / j’ai vu / je ne reviendrai plus

Our second trip to this wonderful hotel. It feels more like a five star than a four, representing excellent value for money. The staff go out of their way to help and are so friendly. The beach is but a stones through away for long walks, swimming, beach volleyball and many other beach sports. Very convenient being able to fly from Belfast!! Can't wait to return!

El hotel está bastante bien en general, muy nuevo , todo en tonos claros muy agradables 2 piscinas no muy grandes pero coquetas, muy cerca de la playa Tengo una habitación supreme vista mar , y bueno está bien, teniendo en cuenta que no está en primera linea se ve bien el Mar, lo peor es que da a la avenida y se oye demasiado el ruido del tráfico, no está bien insonorizado teniendo en cuenta que es muy nuevo, igual pasa con las habitaciones contiguas, y zona de pasillos ,mi hija tiene una habitación business y está genial muy amplia con una pequeña zona de trabajo y un sofá, está en la planta baja , da a la zona trasera aunque parece tranquila El spa no lo hemos probado Un pequeño gimnasio, que vale para mantener un poco A 100 MTS escasos de la playa Muy buen buffet de desayuno , al igual que de cena Es un sitio recomendable,y la zona está genial

A mi llegada 21:30h en la habitación aunque estaba preparada, no había ninguna toalla (ni de ducha, ni de manos, etc...). Se les había olvidado al preparar la habitación.
Wifi muy inestable. Literalmente cada 5 min se desconectaba por lo que es imposible trabajar conectado. Finalmente utilicé mi móvil como router ya que es imposible realizar video-conferencias o trabajar en la nube.
A las 12:30 de la noche cambiaron el generador de electricidad del hotel, por lo que se encendieron las luces de emergencia de la habitación iluminando completamente la habitación; estuvimos así más de 25 minutos y a esas horas, para tener un descanso tranquilo no es la mejor opción...
