De kamers zijn comfortabel, ruim en schoon, al rook de badkamer wel een beetje muf. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en het diner in het restaurant was prima (de porties zijn wel erg groot). Na alle kleinschalige, sfeervolle lodges waar we hadden verbleven was het wel even schakelen om in zo'n groot, modern hotel te verblijven. Niet helemaal mijn stijl, maar dat is persoonlijk. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, met als negatieve uitschieter de dame bij de receptie aan wie wij doorgaven dat we een technisch probleem hadden; ze keek amper op van har mobieltje en de beloofde technisch medewerker is nooit gekomen.

A couple of nights' stay in the Grottos is a wonderful experience!! The views from the bedroom window are second to none. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the whole hotel provides an oasis of calm relaxation.

Everything is good except the Wifi didn’t work during our stay. Hopefully it could be fixed earlier.

On our journey given the comments I expected the worst but in the end we were pleasantly surprised. We had a groto room with a fantastic view, large room is pleasant good bedding just a lack of blackout curtain above the windows. As for the restaurant, very decent for the price and the breakfast also very good, just if you want a coffee machine a little extra to pay.
