La habitación es muy amplia, y el colchón cómodo, la bañera bien y estaba limpio, no entiendo la tv tan a la izquierda en vez de justo enfrente de la cama, las vistas al mar estan geniales, decoración sencilla, las cristaleras de los pasillos están muy sucias y empañadas.

Al dia siguiente del check-out me envian un email con una imagen, diciendo q habiamos hecho un rayajo en un cristal de la mesa, siendo totalmente mentira, ya que yo tengo fotos y videos del inicio y fin de la estancia. Les reclamo via email y telf, y no tengo ninguna respuesta. Estan denunciados a consumo. La comida muy mala, poca variedad, y para beber solo agua.

El buffet escaso pero bueno. A la hora de cenar coincidimos con un grupo de personas de una iglesia evangelista.. Serían unos 250. No pudimos cenar, la cocina del hotel no estaba preparada para tantos comensales. Hubo gente que había pagado pensión completa y ceno fuera.... En algún restaurante de los alrededores. Una falta de previsión total.
