Excelente trato por el personal del hotel, destacar sino recuerdo mal su nombre a Antonio, responsable del restaurante en la hora del desayuno el dia 3 de enero, el trato fue exquisito, ya que no habíamos reservado y al ir con dos niños, nos ayudo a encontrar mesa para que los pequeños pudieran desayunar con normalidad. Agradecerle ese trato humano, que sin duda reflejan los valores de este maravilloso hotel a pie de pistas en Granvalira.

A very beautiful hotel in the mountains. We really enjoyed our weekend away in the seclusion of Grau Roig. The suite we had was wonderful, a great view, a superb sleep in a very comfortable bed and wonderful facilities. The spa was very much enjoyed, it’s upgraded facilities were great. The food is amazing, we dined in the tasting room one evening and in the La Fromagerie on our second night, both dinners were delicious. Breakfast was also delicious with a great selection available. I have to mention our sommelier Thomas, great cocktails, very knowledgeable about the wines and a very welcoming host. The overall experience about this hotel is made fantastic by the staff, everyone is welcoming and friendly and you’re made to feel at home from the minute you arrive. We’ll definitely be back and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Magnifique lieu au pied des pistes . À seulement quelques minutes du centre du pas de la case. Nous avons eu un parfait accueil Chambre au 3 eme étage une grande partie vue sur la montagne (la neige n’était pas encore là malheureusement) . Décoration en peau . Lit très confortable
