This is a nice place catering to the elderly (90% of guests seem to be over 60) and families with small kids. Plenty of activities are organised to keep guests busy all day long. Rooms are OK, more in the 3-star standard in terms of comfort and amenities. Breakfast buffet is plentiful with great fruit and wide range of well-made assorted cakes and pastries. Cheese and ham are below standard. Lunch and dinner buffets are varied, but the quality is not so great. Average hotel fare, nothing to write home about. Staff are very nice and pleasant, but sometimes unable to cope with the large crowds in attendance. There are three swimming pools, two of them quite large, all of them heated (the thermal spring in the region delivers a constant flow of mineral water that is around 35 oC, almost body temperature. Constant loud up-beat music gives you the feeling there is a gym class going on all day... but the actual gym exercises in the pool only happen once a day in the morning. If you want a quiet day by the pool, bring your headphones. There is dancing every evening from 9:30 to midnight, but the song selections are controversial. There is also a bar with a very limited choice of drinks. They never heard of Port, Jerez, or Bailey's.

O atendimento de cada funcionário é marcante, São todos muito amáveis e atenciosos! A equipe da recreação é maravilhosa! Alimentação é livre e completíssima com um sabor especial e variedade incrível!

O hotel tem uma arquitetura antiga, porém os quartos são todos confortáveis, cama queen, ótima duxa, roupas de cama e banho novas e todos os quartos tem varanda. Funcionários e recreadores muito atenciosos.. As piscinas são limpas e os hóspedes do hotel tem acesso gratuito ao parque aquático. A comida não é sofisticada, mas de qualidade e com bastante opçoes. Fornecem 5 refeiçoes ao dia, água, suco e refrigerantes incluso. Para tirar um 10 acho que poderiam investir mais em entretenimento, música ao vivo na piscina, shows, uma sala de jogos mais equipada.. No geral foi ótima estadia e recomendo

Para quem deseja descansar com a família este é o local ! Piscina com águas quentinhas , quarto espaçoso e banheiro com uma ducha maravilhosa ! A comida também é muito boa , todos os dias apresentaram um cardápio diferente ! O chopp livre pela manhã com os petiscos estava nota dez. ! Pretendemos voltar em breve ! 🙂✨👍

Pontos positivos: Comida muito boa, com bastante variedade e saborosa, quartos confortáveis, atendimento excelente, piscinas quentinhas e local muito bonito. Pontos negativos: melhorar o entretenimento adulto que é ruim, música ruim, não sei se demos azar, mas dps do jantar fica a toa sem ter oq fazer.. e a barulheira logo no café da manhã e almoço todo dia... acha que vai tomar o café em paz e já tão fazendo piada e tocando violão de zueira às 7:30 da manhã.
