Gostamos muito da equipe de recreação, especialmente o musico André, que alegrou bastante a nossa estadia, tanto no baile a noite, como pela manha na beira da piscina. Aliás a caipirinha e a linguicinha na beira da piscina tambem foram um diferencial. Voltaremos assim que pudermos.

O hotel está velho e sem manutenção. Nosso quarto não tinha o ar condicionado funcionando. Instalações antigas e necessitando de uma boa reforma.

Os atendente são muito simpáticos, prestativos.
O quarto grande, camas e travesseiros muito bons. Fiquei no último andar, tinha acesso a uma sacada.
O hotel recebe muitas excursões, o barulho começa antes das 7h e a meia noite continuam conversando alto, risadas altas nos corredores, nas escadas. Se pensa em tirar uns dias para descansar, esquece!!!
Comida mais ou menos. Café da manhã ruim, bolos ruins. Jantar bastantão, talheres molhados, nas mesas não tem toalha nem um jogo americano. Não almocei, fui embora antes.
Reservei do dia 15 ao dia 18/11/23, não aguentei, fiquei só a primeira noite, solicitei cancelamento das outras diárias. Troquei de hotel!

Hicimos una reserva de habitación con cena incluida, pensando en un hotel termal de gama media. Lamentablemente no fue así. Nos mandaron a una habitación sin hacer, nos movieron a otra. Toda esta movida nos hizo tener que optar entre cenar o ir a la pileta termal. El horario de la cena es de 19:00 a 21:00 y ya no nos quedaba margen. El buffet libre era espantoso. La pechuga de pollo era más parecido a un frisbee que a un alimento. La carne era dura y correosa. Los fideos se ahogaban en aceite…. Solo espero que no se transforme en un recuerdo recurrente. No volveremos jamás. Mejor evitarlo.

O atendimento é excelente, ótimas acomodacoes, excelente piscinas, bom café da manhã, somente ficou a desejar o chuveiro instalado no apto 409 que quase não sai água e não está de acordo com o padrão do hotel
